02 Hiring
First the employment contract, then the HR order — as the Labor Code of Tajikistan requires. The passport is recognized from a photo, and documents are generated automatically.
03 Onboarding
Once the order is signed, the new hire gets an onboarding plan based on their position’s template, a mentor, and access to the app.
04 Work
Check-ins at the terminals, requests from a phone, tasks and work plans with execution control, and meetings in the calendar.

HR document management
Choose an order type and fill out the form — the document is assembled on your own template. Once it’s signed, eKadr automatically updates the position, status, salary, staffing table, and timesheet.
Work plans
Upload an approved plan — a PDF, Word or Excel file, or a scan. eKadr recognizes the items, deadlines, and assignees, and creates the tasks once you’ve reviewed them. Assignees submit reports for each period, and leadership sees plan completion by department.
Time tracking and access control
Hikvision face recognition terminals send check-ins to eKadr within seconds. Late arrivals are calculated against each employee’s own schedule, and the timesheet is generated with one click.
Recruiting
Candidates apply through a careers widget on your website. eKadr scores each resume on a transparent 0–100 scale, checks it against the job requirements, and automatically keeps the candidate informed at every stage.
KPIs and performance
KPI scorecards are created automatically every period. Actuals come from tasks and external systems or are entered by the people responsible, and bonuses are calculated with your own formula, taking into account a threshold, a cap, and days worked.
Onboarding and learning
After the hiring order, each new hire gets an onboarding plan with a mentor and document quizzes, and mandatory courses are assigned automatically by department or position.
Mobile app
One app for iOS and Android. The interface adapts to each role: employee, manager, or HR specialist.
Dastyor AI assistant
For example: “Process 14 days of leave for Karimova starting October 20.” Dastyor finds the employee, asks for any missing details, and opens a pre-filled HR order form. The decision and the signature always remain with a human.

It’s your choice: in eKadr Cloud — a dedicated instance for your organization on its own subdomain — or on your own server. With an on-premises installation, the only thing that leaves your network is a daily technical license check, and it contains no personal data.
The web portal and the mobile app are available in Tajik, Russian, and English, and each user chooses their own language. HR orders and contracts are generated from your Word templates — in Tajik or Russian.
