eKadr is a corporate system for electronic HR record-keeping. It is developed by DonishSoft (hereinafter “we”). This Policy describes what data we process in the eKadr mobile app and on the ekadr.com website, for what purposes and how we protect it.
1. General provisions
The eKadr mobile app is provided by the employer and is used within the framework of an employment relationship. Self-registration in the app is not possible: the account (organization ID, username and password) is issued by the employing organization.
The ekadr.com website provides information about the product and allows you to submit a request for a demo or a price quote.
2. Data we collect
In the mobile app:
Contact and account data: full name, email address, phone number, organization ID and account ID.
User content: tasks, requests (including leave requests), calendar events, chat messages, documents, responses to surveys and peer reviews, KPI metrics, and learning and onboarding data.
Technical data: a device identifier or push token used to deliver notifications, as well as diagnostic data (crash and performance reports).
On the website: the data you provide in the request form — name, organization, position, phone number, email address, number of employees, sector and comment.
3. Purposes of processing
App data is processed solely to ensure the operation of the app: authentication, performance of HR record-keeping functions, delivery of notifications, and ensuring the security and stability of the service.
Data from the request form on the website is used only to respond to your inquiry, conduct a demo and prepare a commercial proposal.
We do not use data for advertising and do not track your activity in other apps or on other websites.
4. Data sharing
App data is transmitted only to the backend of your employing organization, which is the owner (controller) of the data. Push notifications are delivered through Firebase Cloud Messaging (Google) and Apple Push Notification service (Apple).
Data from requests submitted through the website is not shared with third parties.
We do not sell data or share it with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.
5. Storage and protection
All network traffic is transmitted over the secure HTTPS protocol. Access and authentication tokens are stored in the device’s secure storage (Keychain on iOS, Keystore on Android). Access to data is restricted according to the employee’s role in the organization.
6. Retention periods
App data is retained for as long as the account and the employment relationship with the organization remain in effect, as well as for the period established by the laws of the Republic of Tajikistan and the employer’s internal policies.
Data from requests submitted through the website is retained no longer than necessary to handle your inquiry.
7. Your rights
Because the employing organization is the owner of the app data, requests to access, correct or delete data should be sent to your organization’s administrator. You may also contact us using the details below, and we will assist you to the extent possible in our capacity as the developer.

8. Cookies and local storage
The website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Only the color theme you select (light or dark) is saved in your browser.
9. Children
The app is not intended for persons under the age of 16 and is not used for self-registration by minors.
10. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. The current version is always available at ekadr.com/privacy. Material changes take effect on the date of publication.
