Frequently asked questions
How anonymous are the surveys?
In an anonymous survey, the response is stored without an employee identifier, and the participation record keeps only the date, not the time. There is no way to match a response to a person.
Is chat available in the web version?
Company chat works in the mobile app. In the web app, an administrator sets file limits and sees how much storage is used.
What can the Telegram bot do?
Each organization connects its own bot. Employees connect to it through a link, and the bot sends birthday greetings.
