We build HR management that understands Tajikistan
eKadr is developed by DonishSoft, a team based in Dushanbe. We build the system around local realities: the Tajik language, Tajikistan’s calendar, the procedures of the Labor Code of Tajikistan, and infrastructure you can trust with HR data.
Why we built eKadr
At many organizations, HR still runs on paper and Excel: HR orders travel from office to office for signatures, timesheets are compiled by hand, and employees wait in line for certificates. Foreign HR systems don’t know the Tajik language, the local calendar or the procedures of the Labor Code of Tajikistan, and adapting them is expensive.
We built eKadr as a system ready for use in Tajikistan: an interface in Tajik, Russian and English, documents based on local forms, Tajikistan’s public holidays and rescheduled days off, and separate editions for the public sector and business.
Today, eKadr is a web app for the HR team, a mobile app for every employee and our own AI model that understands Tajik.
