Frequently asked questions
Where does the model run, and who sees our data?
By default, it’s DonishSoft’s own model running on our hardware. You can replace it with a model inside your own infrastructure via an OpenAI-compatible interface. The model receives only the request text and the matches found — not your entire staff list.
Can the assistant change anything without my knowledge?
No. Dastyor prepares a draft and opens the form, but a person saves and signs it. Data queries run with the user’s permissions.
Is the assistant included in every plan?
Dastyor is a separate license module. It is included in the Enterprise plan and can be added to other plans on request.
