HR records
Personnel files, org structure and staffing in one system
Every employee has a single digital profile: passport, family, education, work experience, military registration, documents, HR orders and timesheet. The staffing table changes only through an HR order, so the data always matches reality.

A single source of truth
All employee data in one profile — from passport details to awards and position history.
One minute instead of an hour
A Tajik passport or ID card is recognized from a photo: AI fills in 16 fields and attaches the scan to the personnel file.
No staffing discrepancies
You can’t hire anyone without a vacant position, and when the staffing table changes, position assignments carry over automatically.

For the public sector
The profile includes a “Coefficient” block: length of civil service, the department’s coefficient type, the calculated pay step and a reminder about the next step. Pay scales follow a “position category × step 1–14” grid.
For business
A holding structure with branches and service centers, hiring only on the basis of a signed employment contract and automatic creation of the employee’s user account.
Frequently asked questions
Can we migrate our employees from Excel?
Yes. Our team handles the migration as part of implementation: employees, positions and the staffing table. Self-service file upload in the interface isn’t available yet.
How does passport recognition work?
You upload a photo or PDF of a Tajik passport or ID card, and AI fills in 16 fields — full name, TIN, number, dates, issuing authority, address and more — preserving Tajik-specific letters. The scan is attached to the personnel file, and you can review and correct the data.
Who can see an employee’s personal data?
Access is role-based: the HR team sees profiles within its own organization or department, while employees see only their own data. Personal documents are available only to the employee and the HR team.
Can we keep records of contract workers?
Yes. The “Contract workers” section covers fixed-term labor contracts without a hiring order and services contracts (Civil Code of Tajikistan, Art. 797) with a subject, amount and term. These workers don’t occupy a staffing position. Contracts expiring within the next 30 days are visible in advance, and a renewal is made as a new contract — the previous one stays in the history.
What happens to the profile when an employee leaves?
The profile isn’t deleted. The employee moves to the archive with the termination date and reason, while HR orders, documents and history remain accessible.
