Tasks & reports

Keep every assignment on track — from creation to review

Tasks with multiple assignees, time tracking and result review. The assignee requests a deadline extension — the creator decides. And daily reports show who did what each day. Tasks roll up into projects, and an annual work plan can be uploaded in one go.

Verified results

The assignee submits the task for review, and the creator accepts it or sends it back for rework with a reason.

Deadlines under control

Deadlines move only with the creator’s approval. A reminder arrives the day before the deadline, and both the assignee and the creator are notified of an overdue task.

Accountability without status calls

A daily report with photos and an “employee × day” matrix that accounts for vacations and business trips.

Capabilities

Multiple assignees

A primary assignee and co-assignees — each of them gets notified.

Time tracking

Log hours by day with a comment; planned vs. actual hours for each task.

Kanban and calendar

Drag tasks between statuses; a calendar with task deadlines, meetings and company events.

Subtasks and checklists

Subtasks, comments, attachments and an activity log for every task.

Templates and categories

Templates for standard tasks and your own color-coded categories, named in two languages.

Analytics

Completion rate, average time to close and overdue tasks by assignee and category.

Visibility and reporting lines

Leadership sees all tasks, managers see their department’s tasks, and employees see their own. A task can’t be assigned to a more senior manager.

Daily reports

An end-of-day report with attachments and a “no missed days” streak in the mobile app.

Export to Excel and PDF

Tasks filtered by status, project and deadline — up to 2000 rows in one file, in the interface language.

How it works

  1. 1

    Create a task

Assignees, deadline, priority and category — or create it from a template.

  2. 2

    The assignee gets to work

Logs time, checks off subtasks and requests a deadline extension if needed.

  3. 3

    Submit for review

The task goes to its creator, who accepts it or sends it back with a reason.

  4. 4

    Analytics

See workload, overdue tasks and completion speed.

Mobile app

In the mobile app

  • Tasks by section: Mine, Assigned by me, In review, Done
  • “Needs attention” on the home screen: items submitted for review, extension requests, tasks due today
  • Submitting for review, requesting a deadline extension and export to Excel or PDF
  • Daily reports with photos and files, and “Team reports”

Frequently asked questions

Can a task be assigned to several employees?

Yes. A task has a primary assignee and co-assignees, and each of them receives notifications.

Who can see tasks?

Leadership sees all tasks, a department head sees their department’s tasks, and employees see their own.

Who can I assign a task to?

To employees of your own organization — the head office and its branches count as one. A task can’t be assigned to a more senior manager: such people simply don’t appear in the list of assignees.

Can tasks be exported?

Yes. The task list exports to Excel or PDF with filters by status, project and deadline, and a work plan exports with overdue items marked and a completion percentage.

Are tasks linked to KPIs?

Yes. A KPI metric can be calculated from tasks: the number closed, the share closed on time or the completion percentage.
