Projects & work plans

An approved work plan turned straight into tasks, with execution control

Upload an annual plan as a PDF, Word, Excel file or photo: eKadr recognizes the sections, items, deadlines and assignees, and creates the tasks once you’ve reviewed them. Assignees submit reports for each period, and leadership sees plan completion by department — no summary spreadsheets.

From plan to tasks with no manual entry

AI reads a scan or PDF page by page, while Word and Excel files are parsed by table column. You review the result and approve it — tasks appear for all assignees at once.

Execution for every period

A “monthly” item is one task for the year, with a report submitted for each month. The work is accepted by the department head or the plan controller.

Plan completion in numbers

A report for a month, quarter, half-year or year: completed, in review, overdue and no report — by department and assignee.

Projects & work plans

Capabilities

PDF, Word, Excel or a photo

The plan is uploaded as a single file: a PDF of up to 80 pages, DOCX and XLSX files up to 10 MB, or a photo of a page up to 5 MB.

Item recognition

The header with the approval order, sections, item numbers, deadlines, assignees and co-assignees. AI rereads any gaps in the numbering.

Assignees by surname

Surnames from the plan are matched against your staff, and doubtful matches are flagged “check.” “Entire department” becomes a task for the department head.

Review before upload

Include or exclude items and edit the text, deadlines, people and reporting frequency. Tasks are created only when you click “Approve and create tasks.”

A plan from mid-year

Items with a past deadline can be marked “Already done” — they’re created as closed, with no notifications or overdue flags.

Plan controller

Accepts the work on items where the assignee is a department head or leadership, and can see and manage all the plan’s tasks.

Projects with a team

A lead, members and observers, plus status, priority and deadlines. Plan sections of the “Project” type become projects on their own.

Reminders

At 09:00 — about a deadline tomorrow; 3 days before the end of a period — “submit your report,” and the next day — about a report not yet submitted.

Export

The plan to Excel or PDF in three languages; the execution report to Word, in the plan’s format for signing, and to Excel.

Mobile app

  • Execution report with files: submit, accept or return with a comment

  • “Needs attention” on the home screen: reports awaiting acceptance and deadline extension requests

For the public sector

An agency’s annual work plan, approved by order, is uploaded as is — including a scan in Tajik. Deadlines such as “ҳар моҳ” (monthly) or “доимӣ” (ongoing) turn into reports for each month or quarter, and the completion report exports to Word in the plan’s format, ready for signing.

Frequently asked questions

Which plan files can I upload?

A PDF of up to 80 pages, Word (.docx), Excel (.xlsx) and a photo of a page in JPG or PNG. Documents can be up to 10 MB and photos up to 5 MB. Word and Excel files are parsed by table column, while AI reads scans and PDFs page by page — about 30–60 seconds per page.

What if recognition gets something wrong?

Nothing is created until you’ve reviewed it. The draft shows which items need attention and who couldn’t be found in your staff, with a link to the page of the source document next to each. You can correct the text, deadlines, people and reporting frequency, or save the draft and come back to it later.

What happens to items whose assignee isn’t in the staff list?

The task goes to the head of that section’s department, or to the plan controller if there isn’t one. The surnames from the document are kept in the task description.

Is the AI assistant required to upload a plan?

Yes, plan upload works when the AI assistant is connected. Projects, tasks, execution reports, reminders and exports work without it.

Can I change a plan after it’s approved?

The items of an approved plan aren’t edited — you change the tasks themselves: deadlines, assignees, project. A new version of the plan is uploaded as a separate plan.

Is there a Gantt chart?

On the “Timeline” tab, a project’s tasks are shown as bars on a time scale — for an overview. eKadr has no task dependencies, budgets or resource planning.
