Demo and introduction
We walk through the system using your scenarios, answer questions from your HR, IT and security teams, and prepare a commercial proposal.

We study your structure, documents and approval processes, then document the work plan, timelines and the people responsible.

Deployment and setup

For your IT team
What you need to install eKadr on your server
- Operating system
Linux with Docker, or Windows Server with either Docker or IIS using ready-made installation scripts.
- Database
PostgreSQL 16 with the standard ltree extension.
- Network
HTTPS via a reverse proxy, plus outbound access to the eKadr license server at least once every 30 days.
- Mobile app
The server must be reachable from the network your employees’ phones are on.
- Optional
A mail server (SMTP), the OsonSMS SMS gateway, Telegram and an AI model server with an OpenAI-compatible API.
- Terminals
Hikvision terminals with face recognition and a computer on the office network to run the bridge.
After launch
Support and product development
User support
We answer questions by email on business days.
Updates
New versions are installed by replacing the container, and the database schema is updated automatically.
Flexible licensing
Renewals and newly added modules are applied automatically.
Feedback
We take customer requests into account as we develop the product.

Who handles data migration?
Our team does: employees and the staffing table are migrated from your spreadsheets as part of the implementation.
Can we use our own document templates?
Yes. We’ll set up HR order and contract templates based on your samples — in Tajik or Russian, with your organization’s details.
Who do we need on our side?
Usually one point person from your HR team is enough, plus an IT specialist if eKadr is installed on your server. We take care of the rest.
