HR orders and documents

HR orders that apply changes on their own

An HR order is built from your own template, goes through approval online and, once signed, automatically updates the personnel file, staffing table, salary and timesheet. No manual data re-entry and no lost paperwork.

Approvals without the legwork

Routes that branch by department, amount or duration, with a deadline for every step and overdue reminders.

Your templates, your language

Documents are built from your Word templates, with dates and amounts spelled out in words in Tajik.

How it works

  1. 1

    Choose an order type

The form shows the fields you need and pre-fills the employee and signatory by default.

  2. 2

    Review the document

The HR order is generated from your template and opens right in the browser.

  3. 3

    Route for approval

The order moves along the route, and each approver gets a notification in their “Inbox.”

  4. 4

    Sign

After the final step, the changes to the personnel file, staffing and timesheet are applied automatically.

Mobile app

In the mobile app

  • “Approvals”: managers approve or reject HR orders from their phone
  • Employees see their HR orders and contracts in the “My orders” section

For the public sector

In the public sector edition, a hire can be processed by an HR order without a contract: the order itself creates the profile, assigns an employee ID and fills a staffing slot.

For business

In the private sector, a hiring order can be created only from a signed employment contract — so the procedure required by the Labor Code of Tajikistan is followed automatically.

Frequently asked questions

Can we use our own templates?

Yes. Upload your own .docx file to the template editor and place variables in it: full name, position, dates, amounts. The system ships with 14 base templates, which you can adapt to your needs.

Do you support electronic digital signatures?

No. Signing in eKadr is an action in the system that records who signed and when. If needed, the paper original is signed by hand.

In what format can I download an HR order?

In Word format (DOCX): you can open, print or send it. The document also opens right in the browser.

What if no approval route is set up?

Then the HR order is signed directly. Once you turn on multi-step approval, the route can no longer be bypassed.
