Time tracking and access control

Real-time attendance and one-click timesheets

Hikvision face recognition terminals send every entry to eKadr within seconds. Managers see who is running late right now, and the timesheet is generated from work schedules, Tajikistan’s work calendar and signed HR orders.

No more paper logbooks

An employee walks past the terminal — and the entry is already in eKadr. Photos are uploaded to the terminals from employee profiles automatically.

Lateness is visible instantly

Lateness is measured against each person’s own schedule, not a blanket 9 a.m. You can see who is running late right now and who has been excused.

Timesheets without manual work

One click and the monthly timesheet is ready: schedules, Tajik public holidays and rescheduled days off, leave, sick leave and business trips.

Capabilities

Hikvision terminals

ISAPI protocol, face recognition, “entry,” “exit” and two-way modes, multiple offices and terminals.

No open ports

A bridge inside your network connects to eKadr on its own using a one-time token — it works with the cloud version too.

Real-time log

Entries appear without reloading the page, with filters, photos and export to Excel.

No entry is ever lost

Two event channels, deduplication and a backfill of 24 hours of events from the terminal after a connection failure.

Geo check-ins from a phone

For field staff: a site radius, GPS accuracy taken into account, a flag for spoofed locations and an “out of zone only” log.

Schedules and the Tajik calendar

Weekly schedules with hours for each day, plus public holidays and rescheduled days off under resolutions of the Government of Tajikistan.

Timesheet

A grid by department in staffing table order, attendance codes in Russian and Tajik, and export to Excel in Tajik.

Daily summary

First entry, last exit, hours worked and day status for every employee.

Work on days off

An HR order for work on a day off immediately adds an entry with the order’s hours to the timesheet.

How it works

  1. 1

    Connect your terminals

Install the bridge on an office computer and connect your Hikvision terminals with a token.

  2. 2

    Upload your employees

Select individual employees, a department or the whole organization — photos reach the terminals automatically.

  3. 3

    Monitor attendance

The log and dashboard show arrivals, late arrivals and absences throughout the day.

  4. 4

    Generate the timesheet

At the end of the month, the timesheet is built with one click and exported to Excel.

Mobile app

In the mobile app

  • “My attendance”: employees see their entries day by day
  • “My timesheet”: hours and attendance marks for the month
  • Geo check-in: “Check in / Check out” for field staff
  • Managers: who has arrived, who is running late and who has been excused today

Frequently asked questions

Which terminals are supported?

Hikvision face recognition terminals (ISAPI protocol). Attendance is recorded from entries made with face recognition.

Do we need to open ports on our network?

No. The bridge is installed on an office computer and opens an outbound connection to eKadr by itself, so everything works with the cloud version too.

Is the timesheet built from terminal data?

The timesheet is generated from work schedules, Tajikistan’s work calendar and signed HR orders — that is, scheduled time. Actual arrivals and departures recorded by the terminals are shown in the attendance log and the daily summary.

How do we track employees who work outside the office?

They have geo check-ins in the mobile app: each check-in is verified against the site radius with GPS accuracy taken into account, and spoofed locations are flagged for the HR team.
