Frequently asked questions
Where do employees take courses?
In the eKadr mobile app for iOS and Android. The web app is used to create courses, assign them and view reports.
Which AI services does the learning module use?
Image generation and voice-over require external services — an OpenAI-compatible API and Narakeet. Their keys are set in the settings and stored encrypted. For text features, you can connect a compatible model inside your own infrastructure.
Can we upload videos?
Yes: videos up to 200 MB, as well as images, audio and PDF materials, can be uploaded to the course media library.
